The FLS ecosystem brings together leadership development, mission-critical education, workforce development, executive development, data-center services, veteran transition programs, and community development into a coordinated platform.
The strategic opportunity is substantial. Global data-center demand is accelerating as AI workloads expand. Gartner projects worldwide data-center electricity consumption to reach 565 TWh in 2026, up 26% year over year, while global data-center power demand could reach 290 GW by 2030. North American data-center absorption reached a record 25 GW in the first half of 2026, demonstrating the extraordinary pace of infrastructure deployment.
At the same time, the industry faces a critical workforce constraint. Data-center-related job postings have more than doubled over the past two years, with electrical, installation, engineering, and maintenance positions representing a significant portion of new hiring.
